Just checked and he last posted in March, hope he got both his jabs and is still walking his Lab.

Me and 59 had a sort of gentleman's agreement, to kick the sh1t out of each other over politics, including Brexit, or should I say especially Brexit, while remaining perfectly civil and friendly otherwise. Then Covid kicked in and we were on opposite sides again, no problem for either of us it seemed, he believed everything he was told by the politicians and Mad Scientists of Sage, I called them liars. As far as I could tell, he objected strongly to my, and I suspect BT's scepticism, even bizarrely accusing me of funding an anti-lockdown website. He took his bat home shortly afterwards. I'd love to have him back posting again, we disagreed on virtually everything, I loved our arguments, discussions and disagreements, I thought he did, but it must have got too much in the end.

That's how I see it anyway, he's always welcome to come back and put his side of the story if he wants.
