    This brings back memories Stoke. Some of us went in the centenary stand that day thinking we would be fairly safe. Men were sending their kids over to us to spit and call us catholic barstewards - that was at 0-0. Although we were ecstatic when United hit the winner we couldn't relax and enjoy the occasion until we were on the coach and heading out of Glasgow - scary stuff.
    The pride I felt in United that day was immense - little did I know what lay ahead in years to come.

    Interesting to see that team included the likes of Rennie Houston and Wattie three years on from the 74 Cup Final but just 2 short years later was going to win our first Major Honour.
