    Injury returns

    Raphinha and Phillips should be back next week, anyone know when Bamford and ayling are back.

    Bamford is close (at least that is what he said on the official podcast) - Aylings might be a bit more serious.

    I'm not really fussed for Ayling he had a pretty horrific start to the year, love the guy but he was very poor and I think Shackleton has done ok, though I don't like someone so short in our defense for corners but it is what it is.

    Roberts planned to be injured last Thursday, sadly was late as usual

    Wonder if Greenwood or Bate na get game time this season. Greenwood has been in so many match day squads and Bate js tearing up the U23 and bossing games.

    I would like Ayling back despite some ropey early performances - played well when just him and Coops at centre back - but if he is in, then maybe - just maybe - Shack can get a game in midfield whetre I think he excels and we are struggling - lets face it Klitch and Dallas aren't setting any fires in midfield and that area is where we are lightest - I want to see Shack get a couple of games in the middle of the park.
