Can Ings and Watkins play up front together?
One up front would help us utilise our wingers?

No my mother was taken into hospital sunday my sister in law yesterday, one with cellulitis the other with sepsis... puts football in its place, it's just a game. I could say more but don't want to be labelled.

Hope everything turns out ok Mondaze. Nothing worse than family illness and the worry. No doubt Deano will turn it around over the next few weeks. He always does.

Labels are for jars, not people. If it helps, then spill away.

Are they in North Staffs, Mondaze? There are decent people working there, despite the cuts, they do Trojan work.

    Hi Mondaze

I'm really sorry to hear your mum and sister in law are so ill, Mondaze. Family illness always puts life and our priorities sharply in perspective. It's horrible. As Exiled quite rightly says labels are for jars ...

I wish both your mum and sister in law all the ver best. You take good care of yourself, Mondaze.

    Love Winnie xx

Spot Mon, unfortunately people cannot guess how anyone is feeling until they talk. Yes it does bring it into perspective but I find football a welcome distraction from modern day life. Your certainly not on your own either, everyone will go through many shlt days and weeks, its how we bounce back and we all have to.....all the best to your Family Mondaze, hope it all works out.

Sorry to hear about your current situation Mondaze, would like to think the majority of us on here would be supportive if you needed to vent, stay strong, and best wishes to all.

thanks to all for kind words. I too am over-invested in the villa, have been all my life, just some things like health, love and loss are much more important. I did not think we were world-beaters when we beat utd, I don't think we are doomed because we gave away three fluky goals to wolves. I felt the game was a good one... my brother who was there thought we were sh1t, so its all opinion. I just feel we need to try to keep even emotions about a football match. We have all been severely culturally handicapped due to the lockdowns and other heinous crap, so we all have to try to find a new normality. service over.
