    Rarely miss a match.

Thanks for your concern though, it’s touching.

I'll help you out GENERATION - 'all of the people born and living at about the same time, regarded collectively'. No specific reference to a period of time, in fact very, very vague as to the requirement of a minimum or maximum time span.
In the video on You Tube Nicola Sturgeon can be seen and heard on more Han one occasion stating that the 2014 Scottish Independence referendum is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

The SNP are happy to give 16 year olds the vote but when a person aged 16 in Scotland is charged with murder they cannot be named for legal reasons.

I think there is a perception that young people are idealistic and will vote for a dream, like independence. I don't think that is true. Young people are much more questioning nowadays and will look at the arguments from all angles. There is a perception that as older voters die, their votes die with them. I think that those who grow older actually change their views as they realise the economic arguments might adversely affect their pensions and their accumulated wealth.

I remember speaking to an elderly person before the 2014 independence referendum and he told me that he was voting Yes for his grandchildren to have a better life in an independent Scotland. It would be interesting to know if this elderly person still thinks that his grandchildren would be better off in an independent Scotland now that the truth has come out about all the pitfalls of Scotland being an independent country such as which currency it would use and how it would replace the £29 billion+ annual handout from Westminster known as the Barnett Formula.
