Steve Bruce's 1000th managerial game started off well enough, but you can't polish a turd for long, so it's unlikely he will have many more games in charge at Newcastle.

There was no chance of Hopelesslyoptimistic (OEEO) being ousted from the weekly leadership position since he collected a spectacular 18 points from the twenty-four available. Twice as good as the next nearest contender...

...which was last weekend's tippety top tipster, Hgatenasty (OOOx), who did well to collect nine points from three of the four fixtures. Still, nice enough.

CherryPie7 moves to nine points ahead of CalverleyBoy, with Hgatenasty, Orgoner and Ozleeds a further nine from there.

All bar one remembered to post this week. Not the worst one to miss, in all honesty.

There were two draws, so Johnny_Default is now on 33 points for the season and any Strike 1, Strike 2 or Strike 3 posters scored six, four or two points for their total lack of effort.
