    To be fair, he is really really good, followed his stuff for a few years when he was involved with the Modern Fitba site. I know even the smallest mention of the word "stats" will make some people's heads explode though

    seems to be based on average goal difference per game. Hence celtic top dundee bottom. no weighting on squad size etc etc where december can bit yer bum - or ours usually

    Its on expected goals which is a more accurate trend on how teams are performing. If you check out his Twitter thread you will see how accurate his points predictions were after 9 games last season (eg Rangers were predicted to have 104.26 points and ended up with 102 points), his accuracy rate is around 80% which is pretty good
