I don’t think Hecky would want to work under this lot. I don’t think coaches/managers should go back anyway and try and recreate the past, it very rarely works
Ok then lets say if hes gone on Monday, who do we think are or should be realistic choices.
Ive said it before and been proved wrong of course, but once again Id prefer us to go for somebody British. Lets not drag in another Jose Van-Damme Schmitt Jnr from the Austrian Northern Intermediate league this time.

Alex Neil but it won't happen .
I'm not against the unknown foreign coach nobody's ever heard of .
I'd never heard of Stendel , Struber or Val but they all did a good job here .
It's not about who it is but more a case of finding someone who can galvanise this group of players and start firstly making us difficult to play against , gain some confidence and then start collecting the necessary points like Struber did .
If it's shyte to watch I don't care as long as its affective .
Tell you now if this club is relegated under this ownership then it could be catastrophic , proper bad .
Oldham bad .
Alex Neil has slight connections to us of course as a former player. And as we're playing the Blunts its got me wondering what would Chris Wilder do ehh with this squad, hes a proven manager at this level.
Sadly its more of a case of who would the owners pick and I doubt if they would ever be brave enough to pick a big name. It wouldn't suit them and we would end up with another unknown and have to hope for the best.
And now we also know that 'high press football' isn't a necessary commodity for any prospective head coach either.
Dont even care that ive been sent to Coventry .... im still shouting for Mick.
