Very sad news, RIP Wattie, an outstanding coach at United and manager at Rangers. Up there now with JYM planning their next game.

Really sad news, a lot of respect for Walter rivalries aside, he was an excellent manager and no doubt a very good assistant for us (others will know better)

Listening to McCoist on talksport before and feel for his family etc

    RIP

RIP Walter, one of the few professional football managers who gained respect from everyone associated with football from my days watching him play for United through to his unrivaled success at managing Rangers, hope he meets up again with Wee Jim for a chin wag.

That’s awful about Aberdeen fans Shedka, I’ve always liked Walter even though he was on telly every Saturday night kissing his boot after scoring against the Adele’s in a derby match at dens around 72ish , he just had this way about him that was infectious you couldn’t help but like him , rip Walter a great football man and man of the people , Legend

Yes it was Wattie who scored it at T.C.Keays end , I remember it well , like Wattie I never held a grudge though nice man , don’t know why that said Adele though it should say the Dees , must be predictive text , I’ll away and try and change it ,

Well Adele is a LOT more popular than Adele (see , even my PC prioritises) maybe should say The Adele ...FFS it really won't recognise The Adele.... Nope.... T h e d e e s (hope this helps)
