Was incredibly impressed with him - he was up against quick fast and more experienced players and did well last night.

He also got a bit of barracking from the home fans for one first half challenge and it seemed if anything to lift him.

By the end of the game the more seasoned pros we’re looking for him as a first option to pass to when it was on.

Looks good defensively, quick and can bomb forward and pass without losing it.

Best performance by any of the youngsters so far this season for me - should free up Shackleton to play in midfield.

Shack will be back......at right back!! - Unfortunately MB wont trust Cody in the Prem based on one good showing - if he did that he should have played cresswell ahead of Cooper/Stuijk after his heroics against the Hammers.
