    Potent mix

Of very poor managerial team, invisible and mute Nelms, a most respected stadium manager who dosent care for the stadium, an owner whose last visit was God knows when, nippy as **** shop staff, players who are over the hill, players who hide and those who put in more effort looking for a hair band than playing.

    European football on the cards.

    Let's start a women's team.

Fock sake they played like a load o lassies last night , if that’s the standard o lassies football then they can keep it .
On another note get McPake out now , he set up sure that Dross co would sit in hoping to get something on the break , and when they attacked none stop up the flanks from the first whistle he didn’t have a clue what to do , taking off McMullan honestly what was that all about
    Let's start a women's team.[/QU

Changing the manager although neccessary glosses over so much that is wrong with our club.

Despite the ****e weather and never attractive opposistion we still attracted near 5000 fans last night......it really wouldn't take that much to get this closer to 6k than 5.....but we are such an unwelcoming, unconnected club with our fan base and potential fan base.

Good news stories are rare coming out of Dens.

I'm kinda hardened to it now as are probably most fans of a certain age....... just dosent make it right.

Get it right on the pitch and the rest doesn't matter as much.

What happens on the pitch is inexorably tied to the rest - get the club right, get the fans' buy in, get more cash in, get a better manager and get more committed and better standard of players.

If people feel they're being treated badly at the club shop / ticket office they stop going so sales drop then there's less cash to get a proper manager so you end up with a CEO bringing in his kiddy on manager mate who brings his mates in and refuses to drop them even when they're clearly fkn useless. Fans say fek this and stop going - spiralling downwards.

I think we need it right on the pitch. We al can reasonably expect Dundee to out-perform clubs like Livi and Ross County who have not the resources that we do. Yet we simply fail. Team first, bring back the hard core then attack the rest. First , we need a manager.

No, first we need someone competent to hire the manager - but how far back do we go down that line? Buck stops at a CEO who is mismanaging every aspect of the club.

I don't think we have good resources.....if you are talking about fans yeah we have a couple of thousand more than county, a thousand or so more than st j and fairmuir boys club have a bigger support than Livvy......resources though,,.....we own nothing apart from the name really and a few duff players.

The club should never have let Spoofer leave as Chief Executive as his replacement is hopeless and will not communicate with the Dundee supporters.
