Better be careful when washing his hair - obvs extremely sensitive nerve endings judging by his collapse when it was lightly brushed by the Livingston dude?

I made this exact point the other day myself. Can't ****ing wait for its introduction tbh. Can anyone remember the last penalty we were awarded in the league? We've had one in 18 games total this season!

VAR won't change anything regarding PK--it still comes down to an opinion. Offsides maybe.

The thing is with VAR the boy sitting looking at the telly will still be the boy that was drinking in the Hun Pub the night before.

That's the very man that awarded them the penalty v The Sheep.

    ADS,
The is very point of the reason why VAR just wont work up here where all the VAR refs come from the same pool.

The point is that every debateable decision will get much more scrutiny and refs will have the opportunity to change their decision, and will know that if they don't then its going to be highlighted in the press a lot more. VAR works everywhere else by and large so I think it's definitely going to improve things from where we are now. Anyone who doesn't think so that's fine, we wait and see I guess.

The other thing about VAR is the referee is only advised to look on the telly at the side of the pitch if the VAR man says its a clear and obvious error.

My reading of Scottish VAR will be if we were denied a stonewaller like at Celtic Park that will NOT be deemed a clear and obvious error. If it happened at the other end then that will be a clear and obvious error and the penalty awarded.

I predict that Scottish VAR will be of massive benefit to the OF except when they play each other.
