Its Mr Barrys values, that of taxing Cambridge fans to provide social services, probably with input from the council. Remember the new ground? Nowt gets done without subservience.

No new buyer is going to be dictated to about how to run anything. So Barry is more or less saying he is going nowhere.

So United will be stable financially, but without the nescessary funds to do more than just exist. Modern football isnt about gates anymore, but about how rich your owner is. And Barry hasnt got it.

United fans will be taxed for bingo sessions etc, and suffer div 2 and worse over time. Div 1 is temporary, Barry cant afford it.
