    Just watched the Palace game....going to be a tough one, the man to watch, Gallagher, looks the real deal. Very physical team under Viera. I would be happy with a draw but im sure Gerrard would not.

    Well that feels better! you know something is being worked on when Tyrone is MOTM , dont get me wrong there are still huge issues within the squad to sort out but, they played more cohesively at the back, Targett stuck to his task for the most part, Emi only had to bail us out twice, and Watkins, after a relatively poor performance came up with a finish like a proper striker. Ironically Gerrard made similar subs to those smith had made in recent games, but they came on looking like they knew what they were supposed to do, and, crucially had an impact on the result. We have a tough game next weekend if Palaces highlights on MOTD are indicative, however the new coaching staff have a full week to continue to introduce more improvement based on what they have seen, keep the back 4 tight and use the pace up front and we should be ok.

    Hhmm, I could not help feel a little let down by the commentry on MOTD. I will say no more! 🤔
