Friends of mine who are season ticket holders across the road always moaning about having to que up for tickets. No scanning facilities at turnstiles if bought on online. Actually can you buy on line? So a maybe a semblance of truth with regards to the archaic practices over there?

I'm sure United season ticket holders have to queue for tickets for away games too...yes you can buy online...the problem at Dens is there's no cash turnstiles...so non season ticket holders have to queue for a ticket at the shop then queue again to get in... you're correct about the scanning facilities although I believe United turnstiles are still manned which kind of defeats the purpose

A guy I work with and season ticket holder at dens was moaning about having to que for ticket for cup game which he had to collect at the shop? Said you can purchase on line but there is no facility for tickets to be scanned using your phone at the turnstile. Like at tannadice which saves you having to que, and pick up the ticket at the shop.

As a disabled fan, not having to go to the shop to pick a ticket up is great. Just buy it on the phone and it's emailed to me then I scan from the phone to get in.
