On Friday I dropped the Mrs off at the local Asda to get her lift to Cardiff to play football.
After dropping her off I noticed a guy in the dimly lit area of the car park with his bonnet up.
I drove over and positioned my full beams at him.
I got out off of the van and said do you want the extra light from my van?
He said yes please.
He looked a bit wild and scary.
He was having a mare tbf.
He did not have the tools to replace his fan-belt so I said I will go and get mine if OK?
He said yes OK if it's not too far?
I will be about 10 minutes i said.
I returned with tools and extra lighting.
We got it fixed in minutes.
He broke in to laughter and then tears.
Turns out he had all his belongings in the car as her in the doors who doesn't drink much got lairy on the jungle juice and he bit. He went to bed to find all his clothes bagged up by the front door before he went to work.
Je drove to Asda to meet his lift for work when the belt snapped.
He did his shift and thought he'd fix it when done for the day.
He couldn't thank me enough and offered me cash and items of his toolkit.
I said I want nothing accept that you pay it forward.
Well today in a ram jammed Aldi with a basket in hand with all the tils backed up with full trolleys, I cute blonde lady jestered to me from another full checkout.
What me? I said
Yes she said and beckoned me over to jump the queue in front of her.
