I thought the statement was a wee bit too defiant. Came across as a bit angry which isn't a good look on what is after all a Club website. On the other hand it must be hard to give your all when getting sniped at from some fans regardless of what you do.

Very true. An element of professionalism has to be maintained however and I think the latter part of that statement failed in that sense unfortunately.

No idea who's right and wrong and all that but it would be nice if the Shed could march together. Will it happen? Unlikely by the look of things.

I don’t really see anything wrong with statement. Yes TA is maybe a bit defensive in his stance, but can you blame him? Some of the negative allegations aim at him are laughable at times. There is definitely an element of our support that do not like TA no matter what he does for the club and that’s fair enough. But such negative is becoming a bit tiresome. It’s does feel at times that some will not be happy until he fails. Yes questions had to asked regarding TC appointment, and yes I fully understood the concerns regarding transfers in the summer. However TC appointment has turned out to be pretty decent so far, and the signings so far have been of a good standard. Time will tell with regards to the current regime but for now the club appears to be in a good position, and like it or not our current board including TA are spear heading this.
