Wayne said he wanted to restore pride to PP, if he and the lads continue to produce their current level of performances then they will have achieved that and we can at least take something out of this catastrophe!

This is true...can’t be easy to keep players motivated when you lose 21 hard earned points and relegation seems inevitable...but the level of commitment, chasing and tackling back last night was outstanding...especially given some of the stuff we’ve seen in days gone by. Some thing or someone has certainly instilled some pride and a never say die attitude into this squad and it bodes well for next season.

Can't argue with that even taking into account, they are playing without expectation, which must be more fun and in some cases presumably hoping another club will come in and buy/offer them a contract in January or at the end of the season.

Manager might just get some interest too with some good results.

Rams TV in Murphy's Irish Bar for this one. Well earned and deserved point despite Fulham hitting the woodwork twice. 4 points off the top 2 inside 3 days of each other is a very good return and no less than we deserved. 3 more against QPR and the Great Escape will be looking less improbable. However, we'll soon be returning to playing the bully boys and the hoof merchants as opposed to the footballing sides we are getting at the moment.

As for the "faffin abaht at back", it's a valid tactic and I understand why WR wants us to use it. I wouldn't advocate stopping doing it but I would suggest not doing it when the oppo has 3 men on the edge of our area just itching to put Curt, Kelle and Jags under pressure

That's a clear area that we need to smarten up on, the best case scenario is a couple of 1-2s then a panicked launch anyway. If it's on, use it, if it's not, do something else.
Glad you're enjoying your holiday. I've only been to Fuerteventura once on a day trip (island hop from Lanzarote), they bored us with a trip to an Aloe Vera warehouse and a walk around a small village, the island looked lovely though and I wouldn't mind a proper break there.
