    Just shows you.......

...... the difference that a quality striker makes. It's probably no coincidence that Fulham have drawn a blank tonight against Derby. No Mitrovic!

Hi, I've always been optimistic and positive all my life, in work sport everything.
    My wife's the opposite.

An Albion supporter, optimistic and positive? Are you sure? You must be in a tiny minority! That’s why all the posters on here are MOGs.

There’s a song that I play that has the line ‘………and just as they say, nothing good ever lasts’. It could be theme tune for the likes of you and me, Mick!

I'm with you. Neighbours wife asked mine the other day 'Why is he always so cheerful?' Someone I hadn't seen for awhile asked how I was "Good" I said. "Actually things are pretty damn good. Not a lot to complain about" This sanguine attitude to life has served me well. Only on one occasion can I recall my optimism badly 'biting me on the bum.'

This positivity doesn't however stretch to The Albion who I am more concerned about than I have been been for many a long year.

Back to the OP can anyone remind me what a quality striker is?

I watched the Bristol v Stoke game, very poor quality football, far, far worse than us and Blackpool last night. Joe Allen was sent off right at the end, well deserved, always thought he was a dirty player.

We are still in third place
    Third place for points
    Third best goal difference
    Third best goal scored
    Third best defence

    Not so bad after all
it is the tables that count
Fulham are the best side no doubt by whatever way you measure , money , team , manager, etc
