Robertson knocked out in 1st round. When he gets knocked out I always feel it gives Judd Trump a better chance of winning that. Robertson I'd say player none of the top players want to meet.

Saw the professionals complaining that amateurs are beating them in this competition because they 'don't have the pressure' of being dependent upon winning to feed their families. Surely the simple answer is play well enough to beat them? Same in any sport, golf, football, etc. if you come up against amateurs then as a professional it's your job to prove your worth.

Shaun Murphy knocked out yesterday by an amateur started the complaints. Robertson agreed with him. When they started playing not sure whether they were amateurs 1st but you've got to start somewhere. Needs players coming through to keep the game evolving.

That’s true enough but in the early rounds isn’t it the first to win 5 frames?
