    V Palace

Weather permitting. This is going to be a tough one, for me I would be happy with a 0-0.

Palace are very well organised this year and hard to break down and of course Benteke has hit form, which comes in waves from the big man.

I'd have Marv and Luiz both play today with McGinn trying to link up to Ollie thru the middle.

Ings on the bench to change things late on in the game for me.

    Martinez

    Cash
    Mings
    Konsa
    Targett

    Marv
    Luiz

    Buendia
    McGinn
    El Ghazi

Good attacking lineup, options from the bench - Palace are in good scoring form, should be a good game weather permitting of course.

There's been some needle in recent meetings with them, Mings was sent off, Benteke & Zaha having some face-offs with Konsa - need some cool heads in there today.

What a great away performance against a dirty bunch of wind-up merchants - a bit ragged in the last quarter at times but so much better already under Stevie G.

Nakamba - superb with and without the ball, the type of player we have been missing up until now. Targett looking like the player he was last season and Young influential in the middle with Ramsey. Would like to see us get Bailey on the ball and Watkins to learn to look up for options when he's crowded out.

Buendia - big contribution in the short time he was on the pitch.

Man City next - a free hit, think he'll go with 2 holding midfielders and look to keep things compact.

    Up the Villa!
