Firpo - Defending, Pressing, Positioning & elusive Potential ?

Firpo - Defending, Pressing, Positioning & Potential.

As we all 'should' know Alioski often got caught offside a lot when making his attacking runs but Firpo as of yet doesn't appear to even get into attacking mode & sadly looks well off the pace defending & more worryingly 'positioning'.

Can Bielsa coax out the 'potential' that so far has eluded two great coaches as in truth Pascal would have started in place of Firpo at Brighton if he hadn't a slight niggling injury.

Dug this out - it appears we've presently got what it states on the 'bought tin' of product Firpo. https://allstatsarentwe.medium.com/s...o-40a32555a1ab

Yes, we bought a defender whose liabilities are not been a good defender. Just what we needed and he was an improvement on Alioski but we bought one paying heaps more good peace of business that.
Anyone that still thinks our chief Orta is the bee's knees should take a hard look at themselves instead of taking on the likes of WTF and Me. Ohh and the masterstroke he pulled of with MB looks good market-wise we are marketable.
Wonder if we should go back and pay 4 mil for Harland nahhh to risky we just pay 15 mils for Costa Firpo Harrison 25 mil James 30 Mil Rodrigo while we are at it just through some mil on a fat striker that never played,
Look Totty and anyone else doesn't matter what we did or the season we had the results are here now and the mastermind behind all this goes back to Orta. When we survive this disaster of a season big changes need to be made proper players are brought in that play proper rolls not here and there everywhere Dallas style. We have a list worthy of bringing in others to get the best out of them Eg Meslier Phillips Raph Bamf brings in proper left and right back 2 decent mids who can distribute 2 quick strong CB not Cooper failure and Laurente even though he is ok he is so slow. Play Dallas one wing and raph the other Dallas natural position you just might get some goals.
Are we prepared to do it I guess not either we don't have the finances, the right people driving the bus or we trust on what got us back in the premiership which will take us back to the championship and here we go again new owners bla bla bla.

I actually think there is a very very well hidden player in Firpo - just seems to lack a lot of confidence in a Harrison kind of way - Harrison was the worst player for me yesterday followed closely by Firpo. Need Bamford back ASAP so we can have James and Rapha out wide
