    What a guy.

I have just copied this from the Rotherham United page on Facebook.

Friday me & my husband got married at Rotherham Golf Club in Thrybergh.
After the ceremony my photographer gave me a gift.. Some money in a envelope given to her by “a man who had just finished golfing & wanted us to have a drink on him” This man turned out to be Tony Stewart! We didn’t get the chance to thank him but what a lovely gesture for him to do
    UTM ❤️

Wouldn't expect anything else from the man, whenever I see him at Thrybrough he always says hello to everyone

I'll second that GM. I've bumped into him a couple of times of the golf course and he'll chat merrily away to you all day long. Smashing fella.

Good hooman beings are TS & PW. What a great feel good factor we have at our club.

    Congrats to the happy couple.

Bit concerned about Tony carrying envelopes about with him though

He came to look at the lighting at a building he owns that I was managing just after he’d appointed PW.
He spent about 20 minutes explaining his decision then he asked what my thoughts were.

I didn’t take his 12k quote for the lighting though
