    More tech crap

How about the lino’s putting flag up straight away instead of counting to 60 before there’s a serious injury.

Far too much technical interference now for me if this lot is actually brought in and used.

We have seen some brilliant goals cancelled out for the odd elbow, toe nail or eyebrow been offside which is stopping and killing the game.

All clubs are governed by the FA rules so why haven't all leagues got the benefit and use of VAR? Good enough for the Prem then it's good enough for all, or, take it away completeley and give the benefit of the doubt to the attacking side like it use to be.

I wonder if they've taken the Earth's rotation into account when using this technology because although a player may appear offside to these 10-12 cameras collecting 29 data points from every player 50 times a second, it might be the speed of revolution of the planet that is causing it.

......and all that rotation stopped man from landing on the moon....on second thoughts let's not go there I don't want to wake the sleeping monster, who is crash, on this.

Then there's Ronaldo receiving the ball yards offside but was allowed to carry on.
Won a corner that was allowed to be taken as he hadn't had a shot on goal !

That was daft. You could see in real time he was offside, clearly offside.

Sooner or later there will be a through ball to a player that’s obviously offside and the play continues up to a collision with the keeper resulting in a nasty injury to one or both.

Imagine it being a career ending collision for Ronaldo, the shyte would really hit the fan then.

But if it was shown on BBC would you believe it?
