He's been pretty good in all the games he's started.

Difficult to split them Cayton for me...luckily for me it’s Warney who has to make that decision, it’s Victors shirt to lose now I think

    Back to the opening question:

Smith - by a country mile. Like a brand new striker this season. No sulking when no one came in for him. Total professional approach. Goals galore and long may they continue this season.

Wiles - Maturing all the time. Bulked up, more involved and scoring more goals. Class act and definitely attracting attention.

Johansson/Vickers - Really can't split these two. so satisfying to know we have solid keepers and not on loan!

Edmunds - Green - This lad would be my priority on the January shopping list. Composed well beyond his years.

Barlaser - Gets the nod over others in the middle for his sheer hard work and immaculate passing of a ball that changes a game in the blink of an eye.

    Reserves:

Rathbone - What an engine when up to speed. Tenacious , hard working, team player.
Lindsay- A great unsung hero, shame he's been injured. Has given his all with a never say die attitude and can shoot on target!
Harding - Mr rock solid. Never moans just gets on with it. His tracking back his phenomenal.
Miller - Love this lad. Will attack anyone, can cross a ball and can last 90 minutes.

Too many to choose from !!

    1. Richard Wood .....after being thrown into the wilderness by previous managers until Paul Warne brought him back.
Experienced, always talking to his co-defenders, especially the younger ones. Kept himself remarkably fit although the club tend to wrap him cotton wool these days LOL.

    2. Viktor...Free agent, what a bargain, young enough to improve even further, IF we can tie him to another contract.

    3. Vickers...another freebie, released by Lincoln purely for financial reasons.
Dependable and capable. Privileged to have two decent keepers each challenging one another for the starting place.

    4. Michael Smith....best season since he joined us.
Improved season on season since he signed for us. Hopefully he can make it to 20 goals for the season.

    5. Ben Rocket Wiles....a young lad that's improving all the time. A good career ahead of him.
A lad that's down to earth and no ' airs and graces ' about him.

Amendment reason: Mmmmmm....slip of the finger heh? I'd hazard a guess you've been told off before for that in your lifetime
