I would go for a simple swap before changing formations. So, for me, it would be Mitchell.
I think he’s one of those strikers that at some stage in his career, he’ll have a prolific period. He’s got pace and seems to have the application. He just needs form/luck/confidence to coincide.

If possible I would be keeping to the system and style of play. Playing Mitchell up top, and trusting in the 11 on the pitch to get the job done.
