Let's face the truth, the reality, if our owners had any intention of spending to keep us in the PL, they would have done it already, they've owned the club through two windows and they've spent next to nowt. Why on earth would anyone think they are going to start spending now ?

It looks to me sinkov like the Mormon Brigade know what they are doing.

It would be nigh on impossible to have a complete clear out and bring in a shedload of new players in the short time they have held the reins.

Paul Cook tried it at Ipswich and got himself sacked on Monday.

Collins and Cornet are good additions and no doubt Roberts will come good.

A couple of signings in January might tip the scales our way and get your arse in Burtons window, but the reality is we will be relegated this season.

I suggest Pace is toying with the concept of "Yo-yo club" . It's risky but it works for Fulham, Norwich and West Brom - why not us?

He has signed a pre contract agreement with Newcastle United to join in the summer of 2022, however is expected to sign in January 2022 for £10 million.

We could have got £30m or more for him not that long ago, one set of financial buffoons walk out the boardroom door, and another set of buffoons walk in.

I have written on a different social media thread, the time to address this situation was two years ago. Either Tarkowski extended by two years or we sold him back then for thirty million.

It is plain and simple bad business practice, but is par for the course at BFC and illustrates once again how badly we recruit and address player contracts.

It's a shambolic situation and it appears Mee may walk as well!
