    Swansea v Nottingham Forest

Steve Cooper’s back in town with his Nottingham Forest team on Saturday, looking to show Swans fans what they’re missing after his controversial departure in the summer
He took over there as head coach in September with them at the bottom of the table and has guided them up to 13th position and taken 20 points from his 11 games in charge, with only 1 defeat.
In contrast Swansea have slumped to 14th in the table after their second defeat in as many games, and with only two wins in six games it’s troubling times.
We concede soft goals and can’t score any at the moment.
With another clear out of players to come in January so Martin can bring in his own players to play his often kamikaze system, I hope we are not putting all our eggs in one basket with this guy. Meaning if it all goes wrong and he leaves, we are stuck with players that can only play one way. So let’s hope he succeeds.

Also, not forgetting Alan Tate, recently departed Swans favourite, who now has a coaching role with Forest.
I wonder what sort of reception they’ll get from Swans fans on Saturday?
I’m going for the draw as Cooper has made his Forest team hard to beat.

As we approach the half-way stage of the season, with 27 points from 21 games, we are on course to finish mid-table this season.
After two successive seasons of reaching the play-offs Under Steve Cooper, plus a Wembley final where we were 90 minutes from the Premier League, it’s a feeling of disappointment with this season so far.
Cooper and Tate’s return with a rejuvenated Forest team will be an intriguing match and one I have no confidence in us winning after recent performances.
Come on boys surprise us with a Plan B this time, we are too easy to read and opposition managers have us sussed.

It was a defensive shambles jackaway.
We are playing centre backs out wide and midfielders as centre-backs, it’s suicidal.
Forest had 25% possession and had more shots on target than us, four goals conceded, could have been more.

Well boys that was hard to bear, and with playing players out of position what do you expect.
We are going nowhere with Martin and his crazy ideas, he doesn’t learn and has no Plan B.
Our left hand side is wide open time and time again, any team with a pacey winger can score against us, and the goalkeeper gets beaten on his near post repeatedly, today he even fumbled a simple shot for a tap-in goal. We have centre-backs playing out wide and midfielders as centre-backs, what’s going on?
Eight goals conceded in three games and he persists with his unworkable game plan. Any team with a pacey winger can score against us.
I am getting very worried as this rookie coach will not listen or heed any advice, he has his head stuck in the sand like an ostrich.
His methods have been sussed and we are easy to beat. But it’s okay we had 75% possession. Meanwhile we tumble down the table.
