    The Old Firm

Are referees obliged to keep games going in added time until either of the Old Firm score? Celtic scored in Dingwall last night in the seventh minute of added time. I assume he blew his whistle immediately after words. Just asking.

The final whistle was blown on "the Old Firm" on 14.06.2012.

To give an answer relative to the tenor of your question, yes. Alternatively, the award of a dodgy penalty, the ordering-off of a key opposition player for a minor offence may also be evident.

Yes I was forgetting about Sevco 2012. I am suprised that opposing fans in home matches in particular do not make more of that chant to wind them up.

I like to refer to Sevco and raselickbyrawaybutbigman as "The New Firm".
A term never previously used with a soupcon of veracity prior to, well, now.

Yep, I’ve been doing that too. Usually “New Firm (2012)” just so that the thick ****s get the message.

    Never 'Old Firm' ....

'New Firm' sounds too positive/innocent' ... so I prefer the 'no firm' or the 'infirm'

.... and yet I still hae a prob wi the word 'firm' - it suggests robustness ... even reliability ... the old/new flaccid would be my choice, but it'll never catch on.

So ... in 'as you were mode' ... the cheeks, the ugly sisters, the wife beaters, the incest brothers, the bigot brothers, the sister shaggers (or ugly sister shaggers), the filth, the soap dodgers, etc works fine for me - esp if one cheek is so determined tae hang on tae their 'history' and claim continuum.

The Old Firm ceased to exist in 2012 when Glasgow Rangers died

    Pretty much past caring now.

We had a chance to change it but that clunt Milne phucked it.

The fact that the clunt is still at Aberdeen FC shows up Cormack.

    Change it or phuck off.
