    First Player from Japan

Wolves have signed Japanese International midfielder Hayao Kawabe, aged 26 from Grasshoppers. He is training with Wolves during the Swiss league break, before possibly being loaned back to the Swiss linked club.

That's very interesting, don't know this guy from Adam but when I have had a chance to see a Japan League game the standard of play looked very good. Yes I know he came from the Swiss League but I am just surprised that there aren't more Japanese players at a higher level.
