    O/T Missiles thrown at matches.

Worrying trend creeping in. Needs to be nipped in the bud now. Lifetime ban?

What do you mean creeping in? Its been going on for years at some clubs without anything done to stop it!

Not just "Some clubs" now though. Hence the question. Authorities can set a precedent "Now". Or just do nothing cause cause certain clubs get away with it.

It depends, something like a bottle or coin definitely, if it’s a season ticket perhaps not

Same with flares or pitch invasions, make the individuals responsible culpable, not the clubs, all have their share of numpties

This has been going on for decades - Italian and Spanish fans notorious for this. The OF shower used to lob cans and bottles onto the pitch when they didn't get their own way until the booze ban came in. It's a cowardly thing to do but how the authorities deal with it is a long time problem. Very hard to pinpoint offenders even with CCTV when you have hundreds/thousand on their feet howling at the opponents.
Ugly pus Griffiths has bucked the trend though
