    Chris Wood from Burnley

I've seen a few reports on social media today saying he is one of our main targets and we could have him here within a few days. Thoughts on this one if it does happen?

makes sense, he would have had 6 goals yesterday.

We put 33 crosses into the box and scored none. Id welcome it to be fair but there is no fo0king way Burnley will sell him to us when they only have 2 strikers and in a relegation scrap against us

Haha, the thing is they probably would. He seems to be the main name floating about for our striker signing at the moment. Saying he's main target then we are also looking at Origi and NKetiah as well. Only time will tell I suppose but I'd be surprised if we hadn't signed one before next Saturday.

Original didn’t even make the bench today unless he is injured or coming here

I think we're barking up the wrong tree in trying to branch out in that direction.

He would be treemendous as a backup but not as a main striker, he's a bit of a plank.

    See meself out, shall I?

Agree. We can do better than him.

He’s knot to be sniffed at and if he runs with the grain and takes a leaf out of Shearers book. I think we should make a trunk call and get him onboard

    **** sake you lot

I'd take him, he's scored goals for Burnley in relegation battles before.

He could be the type of player we need.

I'd have him, he'd sign knowing he was signing for half a season and then to be back up.

Decent back up striker and a good plan when you think about it sign Burnleys main scorer reminds me of when Blackburn signed duncan shearer from swindon.
