Usual case of people that are very capable at doing complicated high flying jobs.
When it comes to acting normal in normal situations they are just found to be plain daft.

A can't remember. We're talking late '60's.

Cracking two hours--a non PC stand up comedian and a couple of strippers--would be frowned upon today but it wo different then fifty odd years ago.
