    Exactly like you brin ,even though I love marmite I wouldnt spoil it,
    lurpack is nice.

    I'm pretty sure Tesco were doing square crumpets back in the late 90s before we fled the country. Not that it matters what shape they are as I prefer them done under a grill, take them out, butter them and sprinkle with a good cheddar and back under the grill for a minute to melt it into the holes. Lovely jubbly (or is this the wrong thread? )

    Not a good idea to put a jubbly under the grill

    Asda still do square crumpets, they call them toaster crumpets
