Our worst managers? I see that Bobby Gould’s name has been omitted! Actually, I think that Ron Saunders was the worst of the lot, he really damaged our club. Wylie was awful, so was Little; what do they have in common with Saunders? Oh yes……..

Out of those 54 how many have played the so called Albion way.? I have been going since 1978 and I counted 5 Atkinson 1st time, Ardiles, Mowbray, Di Matteo and probably Slav the other 3 managers worth a mention obviously Megson, Ray Hartford and Roy other than that there has been a lot of dross in tween.

I can remember Vic Buckingham, just. Years ahead of his time. First to bring 'total football' to this country. Certainly the best since I've been following the Albion. He must be turning in his grave at the stuff we are now churning out!
