As if a tier 10 club would need a 30,000+ seater stadium! Oh, and MM wouldn't necessarily own it either, as MSD would want £ 20m still.......

if we could guarantee phoenix to be readmitted into, say, the old 4th division via a liquidation with all this **** off our backs, new owners and a new clean balance sheet, selected re-novated player contracts and with solid financial backing for the future, I'd rip your arm off now, and argue the toss over "getting our history back" at a later date. ****, I'd even agree to play in red

But I think Bury fans might sue the EFL

It appears that Boro and Wycombe are now formally suing Derby meaning a takeover cannot happen. They have clearly decided that they want us to die! Cxxts!!

If I'm not mistaken, you can't sue a company in Admin. Do you have any verifiable sources for this info mac?

very confusing since whilst we are in admin we are protected from legal actions - perhaps the news item simply meant that are not planning to withdraw their previous threats in whatever form they were and/or that they will launch an action should we come out of admin

The tone of the Houses of Parliament was pretty anti EFL to my ears
