Erik Pieters played yesterday and has been suffering with Covid and he did a job against Saka although he is probably not 100% fit.

Not when he was ill obviously Supersub! But Roberts was playing for Wales in World Cup qualifying matches in November yet not given a sniff of a chance at Turf Moor. Great to see Pieters in action but Charlie Taylor will surely slot back in when he is fit.

For me Outwood Taylor has been our best performer and I’d be surprised especially if we drop down a level that he’s not snapped up by another club.
