Hard one that. Maybe Rooney and Admin are convinced the £7M will arrive. Maybe they already KNOW it will be there. Maybe Admin is doing its job perfectly as, the better the squad, the more DCFC is worth so the more a prospective buyer will pay which in turn means more for the creditors and money for the creditors is Admin's first responsibility.
Sell players? That only becomes necessary if you aren't going to have the 7M by next Tuesday. Also, we are more likely to sell if someone comes up with a sensible offer.
