No joking my mate used to cadge a lift off milkman on his milk float at Manvers, to Mexborough
off nights, when finishing at 6am.
We used have him on that he didn't get home till 10am, when the milkman got to his street.

It was a long time ago Shark. We left in '57 when I was 8. I remember a sweet little thing called Bonny(ie?), whose parents ran a newsagents on Truro Place.

No my Grandad was from there and not sure if my Mum lived their for a bit. I know they ended up living on Finlay Road which isn’t too far away.
