    Movies shows

Let's take a chill pill and post some of your favorite shows movies you have seen lately so I will start.
I'm a sucker for UK shows.
The best movie I have seen for ages is I, Daniel Blake.
The same things are happening here and we're so true I thought I was playing myself.
Shows I have watched recently and totally had me were
    The Larkins
The young offenders as a lot of Irish comedy this one was hilarious.

Great movie I Daniel Blake, when I saw it everyone at the end stood up & applauded it - so bang on for many !
Being on Disability benefit once back in England I also knew how he felt Oz.

Just watched Nomadland - heavy but great film.
Lady in a Van well decent as well.

Otherwise best films this year I've seen are the box set by The Dardenne Brothers - who make films subtitled about life in Belgium were money & decent jobs are hard to come by for all ages currently.

Blast from the past that's on Amazon Prime atm.

Some like it hot. Jack Lemon and Tony Curtis had me in stitches. Plus Ms Monroe was outstanding.

Brought back memories of watching it with me Dad and Grandad.

Green Acres- Reminds me of my KY home.

Fond of the old comedy movies - Caddyshack, Stripes, Animal House, Airplane, Naked Gun. Beverly Hllls Cop, 48 hours, etc. Just mindless entertainment.

Comedy is one area there is a bid difference in countries. UK comedy, while hilarious, is different that US comedy.

May be that I'm old (and boring according to Rosey) but comedy doesn't seem nearly as funny anymore.
