    Will Joelinton ever get a call-up to the Brazil squad?

    This was unthinkable to discuss 5 or 6 months ago but i really think he will be looked at more closely now. Especially if Guimaraes signs as expected and Howe keeps playing him in midfield...

    Still unthinkable IMO.

    Amazing game Brazil v Equador 1-1 yesterday - more like UFC than footy.
    Referee was abysmal - he gave red cards twice to Alisson and overturned the decision on both occasions.
    The Equador goalie was sent off, though, for a karate kick which left stud marks on the Brazilian striker’s neck.

    Made Sunday league look like kindergarten....

    Don't reckon so.

    He's hugely improved...but mot an international-class midfielder and still has big old-Joelinton moments.
