Well he's left footed which gives us some balance, done well at Brighton this season and is 6ft 7, so gives us some heft at set pieces.

It’s an absolute bonus if he keeps Lascelles and Clark away from the first team

Will Eddie have the balls to drop his captain? Or will it be Schar? In my book Schar the better player but Lascelles is captain, trickery decision. If we were mid table it wouldn’t be so tricky but Eddie might not want to disrupt the spirit in the team by dropping the captain, especially in our current position. Or he could play Burn at left back, he’s played there before apparently, decisions decisions, but nice ones!

Matt Targett is coming to play left back, Burn will be CB, Eddie should just rip off the band aid now, Drop Lescelles and make Trippier captain.

The decision is easy. Drop Lascelles, give the captaincy to Trippier and sell Lascelles to a fizzy club.

No room for sentiment in the position we are in.

As much of a pantomime villain as Lascelles is, I'd sell Clarke before Lascelles.

Id get rid of Clark first as well. Before Lacelles. In fact I would keep Lacelles, because both Schar and Fernandez is injury prone.
