Im not sure Mcdonald is ready to start games but this team takes out 4 players who have continuously let us down over the last few years in Harkes, Clark, Pawlett and Mcnulty. The first 3 are impact subs and Mcnulty shouldn't even get a strip. Id be happy with that.

agree 100% they all need taken out if we are to improve - however watt on his own up front is a recipe for another unhappy camper. Sporle is sh!te McDonald I doubt is ready. If only we had an attacking midfielder who can pass the ball. Oh wait he's at arbroath the night.

This is the only reason I can possibly see that make sense of the rumoured replacement. No one, absolutely no one, with any kind of solid managerial experience is going to come into this club and be dictated to with regards who they work with.

I sincerely hope this isn't true.

If Tam gets sacked sitting 7th in the league then its a shocking decision. Ogren is supposed to be here for the long term and has a long term vision. You can't plan for the long term if you are going to sack a manager after 8 months.

What happens when the new guy comes in and finishes lower than 7th this season, is he gone in the summer too?

Hopefully this rumour is up there with "Levitt fell out with Tam, headed back to Man Utd and isn't coming back"

I've said this on here before. He's an absolutely not the 'yes man' some people have him perceived to be.
