Think its an age thing(for me) and a way the world is now that has created such apathy around the club.If you look back we have been in far worse positions table wise as many times we have been in 2nd tier, the problem is the era we are now in every fan has the tools to find out all sorts of info where as before it was newspapers and occasionaly tv/radio.I,m at an age now where the fitba is no really the be all and end all but possibly just a habit.I,ve often thought I would prefer to see a dee team playing with mostly young scottish players, within our means and to hell what league its in.In todays world communication is key and we are sadly shocking at this.
I feel the only way forward is like motherwell but we need our own ground. They have one of the lowest budgets yet seem to do well, seem to encourage young fans not scrutinise them.
Mcpake needs to go but he is by no means the main problem at our beloved club.
