    Off to hospital

Trippier getting an X-ray on his foot.
Here's hoping it is just bruising and nothing broken.

I hope it's not too serious. He's arguably our most important player at the moment

Just seen the pictures of him arriving at hospital on crutches with a big brace around his foot and lower leg. Really hope it's not a break or any other serious damage.

Hopefully the cast is just for protection.

He was out pretty quickly apperently, only 30 mins, so hopefully that is a postive.

Although rumours swirling all round more and more that it's a broken foot - massive massive loss if true.

Puts us back into trouble again if serious. Any hint of when Wilson comes back?

    Does article confirm?

I can't see whole article cos of pay wall but the bit it let me see, seemed to be same thing the Chronicle/Beeb saying, "we hope for the best" etc. saying he left on crutches went to hospital.

There's pictures on Twitter of him standing without crutches at his hotel. Surely if it was broken he wouldn't be doing that? Hopefully it's just badly bruised and he'll be out for 2 or 3 weeks or something
