Well he wasn't expecting the Germans to shelve the pipe plan....and looks like they have........of course Russia could just do what they did a few years back when they reduced the flow of gas through Ukraine and it affected the whole of western Europe then....would be worse now and a big loss of foreign revenue.........ah what a world eh......??
