EU's GDP is about 16 trillion compared to Russia's 1.7... so nearly 10x. So you only need a delusion of an entire order of magnitude to imagine that Russia's economy is going to outlast Europe's in this war, let alone factoring in non European contributors like the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea etc.
