It's a sorry indictment for the sport when blatant failures like Cabbage are able to write ****ographic sums of money into contracts should be sacked for completely being incompetent at their job.

In what other job or career do people get outrageous payouts for destroying a company (club)? Top, top level executives at massive corporations are able to get massive payouts, generally doing to having equity/shares in the business to take on those top positions. However a manager of a club doesn't have such options.

That said, these payout don't deter clubs from hiring these career failures. The ring master employing clowns.
