Agree, in fact it was fairly obvious to me around a month ago. Sad but there it is.
It has become more obvious to me Raul is not going to be the striker he was before his injury. I noticed during the 'home' match against Arsenal he wasn't determined to get his head in front of any of his markers defending against him. The goals he's scored this season have all come from his feet, and when not under any undue pressure. Tonight, he had one big chance and dragged the ball wide, a pre head injury Jimenez would have been calm enough to Bury that! For the rest of the match he did nothing but chase around like a headless chicken often on the wrong side of the player he was trying to challenge.

It’s got to be a top priority in the summer. I think we all have much gratitude for what Jimenez has done for us, but as you two have said - not the same player he was before the injury. His touches are bad and his decision making has been questionable. Obviously forwards are expensive but we need that player that scores 12-15 goals a season and can hold up the ball when we are trying to kill a game. Someone to put pressure on the opposing center backs and open things up for our wingers.
I agree with all of these comments. A great shame but time for Raul to be replaced.
I agree unfortunately.
Even if Raul was firing on all cylinders and back to pre injury form I still think we need to invest in another out and out striker.
We have some wonderful forwards but no real goalscorers apart from Raul.
Although it saddens me to say so, I have to concur. Personally I've not given up on Neto, but I really can't see the "Golden Child" doing anything in the Prem
If we don’t take up the option on Trincao that would create the money to buy a new striker. I’d love Raul to get back to close to what he was though.
