Charlton held Sunderland to a goalless draw today but the visitors had the lions share of the chances. Sunderland had already beaten Wigan 3 - 0 at home last time out.

After a run of 5 defeats a clean sheet was a welcome development but the Add1cks will need to return to their pressing game at the start of JJ's tenure, which has deserted them of late, if they are to get a few wins going forward and keep away from the relegation places.

Plaudits to Craig MacGillivray for shutting some goal-bound efforts out.
